What are Hogan Assessments?
Hogan Assessments is a personality assessment tool used for pre-employment screening and leadership development. It was developed by personality psychologists Drs. Robert and Joyce Hogan since 1987. Hogan produces valid, reliable personality assessments that measure everyday strengths, potential shortcomings, values and motivators. More than nine million people around the world have been assessed using Hogan, which is available in over 40 languages, including English and Thai.
The Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) assesses the "bright-side" of personality and describes normal, day-to-day personality characteristics and every day strengths and weaknesses.
The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) assesses the dark side of personality and identifies critical blind spots and overused strengths that lead to career derailment.
The MVPI assesses the inside of personality using scales that concern core values and drivers which are often unconscious, but determine career satisfaction.
